1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KartInsightsPro (the "Software"), including the macOS desktop application, mobile app, website, and Reddit bot service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

KartInsightsPro provides kart racing telemetry analysis tools, including:

• A macOS desktop application for analyzing Mychron and UniGo telemetry data with video synchronization
• A mobile app for uploading telemetry sessions from MyChron and UniGo devices
• A web-based AI coaching analysis service that provides performance insights
• A Reddit bot that offers free telemetry analysis to karting community members

3. Beta Software

KartInsightsPro is currently in beta. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, and the service may experience interruptions.

4. User Accounts

The mobile app requires registration with a name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API token. You may not share your account credentials with others.

5. Telemetry Data

When you upload telemetry files (via the mobile app or Reddit bot), they are stored on our servers for processing. You retain ownership of your telemetry data. We process your data solely to provide the analysis service.

The desktop application processes telemetry files locally on your computer and does not transmit data to our servers unless you explicitly use the AI insights feature.

6. AI Analysis

AI-powered coaching insights are generated by third-party language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional coaching advice. Always exercise your own judgment when making decisions about driving technique and safety.

7. Reddit Bot Service

The Reddit bot (u/KartInsightsBot) provides free telemetry analysis to karting subreddit members. By interacting with the bot, you agree to these terms. Posts are classified for relevance using AI, and telemetry files are processed through the same pipeline as the mobile app.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the service for any purpose other than kart racing telemetry analysis
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious files or content
• Abuse the API or bot service with excessive requests

9. Intellectual Property

KartInsightsPro and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of KartInsightsPro. The Software is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute or sublicense the Software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KartInsightsPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data or inaccurate analysis results.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
